汽车车身内部布置方法研究与总结/

本文主要内容是结合实际经验(现有车型数据),运用车身内部布置设计的方法(借助于基于CATIA软件车身内部布置系统)详细的阐述了车身内部布置基本原理及过程。包括:驾驶员座椅位置的确定、后排座椅位置的定位、仪表板的截面及仪表的布置、方向盘的布置、前后风窗的倾角、顶盖高度的控制尺寸等。
为了更好的让设计人员理解设计原理,笔者借助与统计软件SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science)利用统计数据详细的推导适意座椅参考位置与其影响因素——座垫倾角、座椅高度、方向盘到拇趾参考点的水平距离、传动类型的数学关系。为设计者建立起理论的基石,更好的理解设计方法的数学原理。
此外,笔者根据操纵杆的布置影响因素开发出轿车操纵杆布置的优化系统模块。本功能模块针对汽车企业设计人员提出的如何布置操纵杆的难点,提出了更为符合实际的确定操纵杆位置的方法。该方法是基于汽车常用软件CATIA平台,优化布置操纵杆的域,该域不仅可以满足驾驶员操纵舒适性的要求,而且结合现有车型的实际布置经验,从而有效的提高汽车车身设计的效率,缩短产品开发周期。
本文利用课题组的“基于CATIA软件平台的车身内部布置系统”结合笔者对各种车型的有关布置数据的统计,运用具体数据详细地对车身内部布置进行了探讨。




INTRODUCTION
Auto-body packaging is a very important process of design for automobile . It layout the inner packaging under thinking of whole automobile 、the relationship of auto-body and chassis . Layout include a lot of principle and normal process during the inner packaging of auto-body. At the same time, there are so many feature parameters and spatial relations and constraint conditions are complex.. Our country is short of developing auto-body and there is little ability of exploit new car. In foreign country , automobile cooperation have being set up of system for hardware and software, with advanced CAD/CAM technology instead of traditional design method.
The writer stat a lot of feature parameter and data. According production of our task group---auto-body packaging system based on CATIA, the writer sum up of process and method for inner auto-body layout. In order to designer of auto-body understand well of method, the writer perform mathematical conclusion of seating reference point by SPSS.
MAIN CONTENT
The total project is to sum up method of inner packaging of auto-body on the CATIA plat. At the same time, the writer pilot study CAD. In order to understand well auto-body design method, I deduce driver seating position in relation to other affection. Main content:
1.Firstly,this paper introduce some aspects relevant to the project such as the the process of developing auto-body、the main content and method of inner auto-body layout 、ergonomics.
2.In order to layout seat、panel、window and manipulators, the designer must design by design tool. Include manikin、eyellipse 、hand reach envelop. The paper depict particularly these tools.
3.For the designer of cooperation put forward how to layout manipulator , the writer advance the method for locating manipulator. The method satisfy fitly require of manipulation and integrate practical experience . The system is developed on the platform of CATIA by GII program and C program. The project can receive reach of the center of palm according human upper arm comfort zone. At the same time, the writer stat the max and min distance between manipulator and H point.
4.Make use of auto-body packaging system based on CATIA and data, the writer steeply layout inner auto-body packaging. Process as follows:
firstly: locate the SgRP point;
secondly: locate manikin 、eyellipse and head contour;
thirdly: control the high of coping and window.

5. There are a lot of experience during layout inner auto-body packaging. In order to understand well these rules, the writer analysis UMTRI date by SPSS and deduce the relation between driver selected seat position and interactional affect. So explain rules of layout inner packaging from mathematical theory .

CONCLUSION
Inner auto-body packaging work is a process about how to correspond the conflict of indexes . At the same time, the whole process need repeat correspond. A lot of experience and rules can guidance designer of auto-body. The paper steeply layout inner auto-body by concretely data . The writer conclude the method of SAE and give a reference of the whole inner auto-body packaging.
In addition ,the paper bring forward a method of locating manipulator which automobile cooperation designer put forward problem of how to locating manipulator. The method is base of CATIA and optimize zone of manipulator. The zone isn’t fit for comfortable, but also fit for practical application. The system is very helpful to shorten develop period of a new project.
In order to make the designer understand well the method of inner auto-body packaging, the paper analysis the theory of driver selected seat position by mathematical method.
