略论近代日本对中国东北地区铁路投资及影响(1905-1931)/The Study of Modern Japan’s Railway Investment

铁路是工业革命的产物,它的发展变化是与人类社会的发展变化相适应的。铁路的建筑本身是经济行为,但是在半殖民地的旧中国,铁路却成帝国主义争夺霸权、扩张势力的表征。本文以近代日本对中国东北地区铁路投资及影响为题,一方面,铁路投资是这一时期日本对华投资的重要部门,不仅仅满足了日本资本主义发展中资本追求利润最大化的愿望,而且又以铁路为先导,推动着“满蒙政策”的实现,具有学术研究的价值。另一方面,在我国现今的经济建设中,引进外资仍然是我国解决资金短缺,缓解紧张状况的重要途径之一,因此对这一课题的研究又具有现实意义。为此,本文拟在占有大量详实史料的基础上,采用系统分析法、归纳推理法,运用投资学的原理,对这一具有重要价值的问题进行尝试性探讨。

本文正文由三部分组成:第一部分,日本对中国东北地区铁路投资的历史动因。主要从日本资本主义发展需要、“满蒙政策”的推动、铁路在帝国主义争夺中的特殊地位三个方面分析日本投资东北铁路的原因。第二部分,日本对中国东北地区铁路的投资。以借地自营、借款兴办、中日合办三种形式介绍日本对中国东北铁路的投资。第三部分,日本在中国东北地区铁路投资产生的影响。从正、反两方面评价了投资铁路对东北地区产生的影响,不仅加深了东北的半殖民地化,客观上也推动了东北近代化的进程。

总之,本文通过对日本对中国东北铁路投资及影响的研究,尝试从经济学的角度去分析历史问题,争取在日本对中国东北铁路投资的研究方面有所贡献。



Railway is a production of the Industrial Revolution, its development adapted to that of human societies. The construction of railway itself is an economic behavior. In the Old China when it was a semi-colony , however, it become a reflection of hegemony, expanding forces for the imperial countries .This article will be titled by the investment and its influences to Northeast China railway of the modern Japan .For one hand, the railway investment is an important part of the whole investment to China of Japan in this period. It not only met the desire of hankering profits’ maximum of Japan’s capitalism development, but with railway in the lead , it also prompted the realization of “The policy of Mardarian and Mongolian”. It is of great value of academic study. For the other, in the economic-construction of our country nowdays, bringing in foreign capital is still an important way to solute the lack of capital, and to alleviate the intense condition. So it is of realistic significance of the study to this subject. this article, on the basis of owning large amount of true historical materials, adopting systematic and analytic method, induction and orgaron method, applying the principles of investment, tries to carry on tentative research for this well worthwhile subject.

The text of this article is made up of three parts. The first part is the historical motives of Japan to invest on the railway of Northeast China; the second is the investment; and the last one is the effects of the investment to Northeast China. The first part mainly analyses the reason of the investment from three aspects: the needs of the Japan Capitalism development, the impulsion of “The policy of Mardarian and Mongolian”,and the special place of railway in the imperial contest .The second part is mainly from the three forms: renting field and self-management, borrowing money and launchment and Sino Japan Jiont-ventures, to introduce the investment. The third part mainly estimates the effects of the investment to Northeast China from both the obverse and the reverse, it has deepened the colonization of the Northeast, but it also has impulsed the process to the recent times of the Northeast from the object aspect.

In a word, through the study of the investment of Japan and its influences on the railway of Northeast China, this article tries analysing historial problems from the angle of economy, tries to make some contribution to the study of the investment of Japan to the Northeast China, meanwhile, to provide some uses of reference for today, when it is to extensively draw foreign capital to the economic construction.
