工业测量系统是测量技术的一个新的应用领域,正日渐受到业界人士的关注。它采用高精度测量与数据处理技术相结合的方法对静态或动态的目标进行快速高效测量,能高精度测定物体的外形、尺寸、距离、空间位置以及物体的运动状态。本文主要针对自主开发的积木式工业测量系统的数据处理以及数据可视化进行了系统研究。
本文首先介绍了积木式工业测量系统的定向原理以及定向方法,并对测量过程中影响观测精度的因素进行了分析;其次阐述并比较了局部测量坐标系以及测量坐标系与工件坐标系的转换方法;利用ADO Data控件实现了实时数据的存储与显示;提出了运用Mathematica软件的核心MathKernel对规则曲面数据进行最小二乘拟合的方法;阐述了用NURBS曲线曲面插值算法表示复杂曲面的方法;提出了运用MSChart控件对数据处理后的各项精度指标进行图表分析显示的方法;利用OpenGL实现了测量模型的三维可视化;最后介绍了自主开发的积木式工业测量系统的数据处理模块以及三维图形显示模块的设计思想和主要功能,并在实践中得到了很好地应用。




AS a new applying field in measuring technology, industrial measuring system is more and more being paid attention to by professional. It can survey fleetly the static or dynamic object by means of combining high precision survey and data processing , and determine exactly the figure, dimension, distance , space place and dynamic state of object .This paper research data processing and data visualization aiming at building block industrial measuring system which developed by us own.
This paper firstly introduce the directional theory and directional method of building block industrial measuring system, and analyze the factors which impact surveying precision in the course of surveying. Then it expatiates and compares the conversion methods about part surveying coordinate system, surveying coordinate system and work piece coordinate system. It utilizes ADO Data control to realize the storage and display of real time data. Bring forward least-square method to fit the data of rule surface by means of the MathKernel of Mathematica software. It expatiate the method of expressing complex surface by insert arithmetic. Also brings forward a method to display the guideline of precision after data processing by means of MSChart control .Carries out 3D visualization of surveying model using OpenGL. Last this paper introduces the idea of designing and major function of module of data processing and module of 3D figure vision and applying to practice.
