通过对吹塑法制取PVC热收缩膜不同工艺的比较,提出了用吹塑法制取PVC热收缩膜从成型工艺角度可相对地分为一次成型法和二次成型法的概念。
下吹法生产PVC热收缩膜可相对实现一次成型法工艺,比较了两种成型工艺的特点,提出了一次成型工艺较二次成型工艺优越的观点。
本文以生产原理和成型工艺两部分为主,探讨总结了下吹法生产PVC热收缩膜的工艺要点。
从生产原理角度看,一次成型工艺的实现,对用吹塑法生产PVC热收缩膜的生产原理予以了深化,简化了工艺流程,且操作控制相对简易。
在成型工艺部分,分析、总结了配方设计、物料的混合及造粒、挤出吹塑工艺的控制要点,以期达到量化操作,保证生产操作的高效性,并对该工艺中不足之处提出改进措施。
对挤出吹塑工艺中异常现象状况、原因及处理方法进行了系统总结。
在实验研究部分,探讨了不同树脂对收缩膜热敏性的影响;增韧
剂MBS对材料力学性能、透明度、加工性能的影响;以及ACR对材料增韧、加工性能的改善。



According to comparing different bubble film technology for the PVC shrinkable film, a new concept was put forward that the molding technology can relatively be divided into one-stage processing and two-stage processing.
The down-bubble method can relatively realize the one-stage processing. The one-stage processing has many advantages over the two-stage processing.
This article expounds the down-blow bubble film technology for the PVC shrinkable film with the main two parts of manufacturing principle and molding technology.
The one-stage processing deepens the manufacturing principle, simplifies the manufacturing process and have a easy operation.
In the part of molding technology, the formula device, blending raw material, making plastic pellet and the bubble film technology had been analyzed and summed up. Expect to realize a digital operation and the high manufacturing efficiency.
The abnormal conditions, reasons and dealing methods from the blow-molding processing had systematically been summed up.
In the part of test research, it is discussed that the effect of different resin on heat-sensitivity of the shrinkable film , the effect of MBS on mechanical properties, transparency and processability of the material and the improvement of ACR on impact strength , processability of the material.
