城市垃圾生态卫生填埋是我国目前乃至今后较长一段时期处理垃圾的一种主要方法。垃圾在填埋和稳定过程中会产生渗滤液,渗滤液中CODcr、BOD、NH3-N的浓度很高,易对地下水环境产生严重的污染,UASB作为渗滤液处理的一个重要组成部分,可以将渗滤液中的BOD、CODcr大幅度降低,NH3-N也可以得到一定的去除,为后续处理构筑物提供了条件,UASB(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket)为渗滤液处理的关键技术,要达到预期的处理效果,渗滤液水温须达到30℃-35℃,这样要求对渗滤液有加热工艺,增加了设备投资和渗滤液处理的运行费用。为适应我国中部和西北部地方气温低的特点,适应垃圾生态填埋过程中渗滤液的处理要求,使其在常温和低温条件下UASB能够正常运行,本课题的研究是非常必要的。
本论文针对UASB启动周期长、有机负荷低、受温度影响大的缺点,在试验模型装置上进行了细小颗粒活性炭(PAC)对UASB的启动影响及投加活性炭后的UASB在中低和低温条件下运行参数的试验研究。本文以武汉市江夏区二妃山垃圾填埋场渗滤液作为试验水质,探讨了这些细小颗粒活性炭的加入对UASB的启动时间、有机负荷、有机物去除率、运行稳定性、污泥特性、温度等方面的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析。
在研究条件下得出:加入颗粒0.16~0.2mm的活性炭可使UASB的启动时间缩短1/3,有机负荷提高60%,污泥活性也有明显的提高,同时可显著提高反应器运行的稳定性。温度是影响UASB反应器处理高浓度废水最重要的因素,反应器内的污泥活性对于温度的变化极为敏感,短期的温度波动对于处理效果影响不大,且当UASB处理垃圾渗滤液的运行温度在15℃以上时,可获得比较好的处理效果。



Ecology health landfill of domestic refuse is one main method in processing the town refuse in our country at present and even from now on the long section of times. Leachate can be produced in large quantity in the degradation of domestic refuse in landfill,the density of BOD, COD and NH3-N of leachate is very high , it can easily pollute the surface water and ground water environment seriously. UASB as an important constituent can removed a great deal of BOD and COD in leachate , and NH3-N was also efficiently removed. It provided the condition for the following processing construction. UASB(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) is an essential technology for leachate processing . The leachate temperature must achieve 30 ℃-35 ℃ for achieving the anticipated processing effect,what need to heat up leachate which Increased the equipment investment and the leachate processing operating cost. In order to adapt low temperature characteristic in our country's middle and northeast part the place and leachate processing target, This topic research is extremely essential for guaranteeing the UASB normal operation under the normal temperature and the low temperature condition.
Focusing on the defects of long start-up period , low organic loading rate and the obvious temperature influence of UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) reactor , the effects of adding PAC(Powdered Activated Charcoal) on the start-up and performance of UASB reactor were studied in this paper . This article takes the experimental water quality which comes from garbage landfill plant in Wuhan city Jiangxia area.The parameters such as start-up period , organic loading rate , organic removing rate , operating stability , characteristics of sludge , temperature in UASB reactor were implored in detail. The mechanisms were also analyzed.
The main results are as follows:the start-up period of UASB reactor could be shorten by 1/3 for the adding of PAC with the size of 0.16~0.2 mm. It also improved the organic loading rate and the activity of sludge 60%. The operating stability was also promoted greatly. The temperature is the most important factor to affects processing effect of the UASB reactor to high potency wastewater. The activity of sludge in UASB reactor is extremely sensitive regarding the temperature change. The short-term temperature fluctuation is not big regarding the processing effect influence, also it may obtain the quite good processing effect when the operating temperature of the leachate in the UASB reactor surpasses 15℃.
