现代化的水厂是由多个处理过程组成的一个较为复杂的系统,其处理规模大,要求运行绝对可靠,仪表数量较多,操作人员对过程的监视和操作的要求也较高,集中和综合的操作和监督要求对全厂、各车间和处理系统的控制和操作有相应的数据通信联系。它不仅要求有大量的数据传递,也要求有高速的数据传输速度,这样一般的控制难以满足、要求,只有集散控制系统才能绝对、准确地控制水厂各级工艺流程。集散控制系统DCS(DistributedControlSystem)这一集综合了控制、计算机、通信、终端显示或人机介面会话发展起来的新型控制系统,它将系统从下而上分为过程控制、控制管理、生产与经营管理等多层分级的控制与管理形式,级间通过数据通信总线进行联络,把一个工厂的几十、几百或上千个控制回路,几百或上千个过程参数的检测、数据处理、显示和控制等,不再集中在一台计算机上,象这样将计算机分散用于生产与控制,完成数据汇集与处理、连续控制和顺序控制,既消除了计算机集中控制造成危险集中的缺点,又改善了常规仪表过程控制功能单一的局限性。通过高速通信网络,CRT终端与人机对话以及各种外围设备如打印机、绘图机和拷贝机等,级与级进行集中操作、显示、记录和生产管理,克服了常规仪表过程控制的庞大分散以及人机联系不便等缺点。本课题“净水厂的集散控制系统”,主要在理论实际应用等方面对净水厂的集散控制系统进行研究,同时也将从理论与应用的角度去研究调节在加氯系统自动控制等方面的运用。本课题将从建立模型、研究数学模型参数以及计算机仿真等几方面进行,结合“沙市东区水厂的集散控制系统”,采用美国A—B公司PLC一5系统进行软硬件设计,工作站采用的是“RSVIEW”软件,加氧系统采用美国WT公司的V一500加氯机及相应配套的检测仪表,充分科用理论结合实践来完成。本文将论述针对同一被控对象在计算机上模拟PID控制,通过确定几个参数,改变一个或两个参数的办法,得到最优控制参数,利用梯形图编制程序,并进行现场测试验证效果。



The modern Water Supply Works is a fairly complete system,which was composed with many more settling course, whoseprocessing scale is very large. Because there are a lot ofinstruments, the absolutely reliable moving is demanded. Therequirement of the processing's observation and operation is veryhigh by the operating staff. There should be proper data communication between the wholeplant, each workshop and the control operation of the processingsystem, which is asked for by concentrated and synthetic control.Above all, there should be lots of data transmission and high speedof which, but normal control way couldn't satisfied the requirement.So we only choose the Distributed Control System which canabsolutely and exactly control the technological process of each stepof the water works. Distributed Control System (D CS) is a new control system which based on the control computer, communication, terminaldisplay and conversation of the person- computer interface. Bywhich the system is divided into lots of control and management formof step by step, such as: processing control, control management,production management etc. Among each step there is a data bus tocommunicate, Now all of the control loop and hundreds of theparameters test, data processing, display andcontrol etc needn't tobe concentrated into a single computer. In brief, the computer is dispersed into production andcontrolling, completing the data collecting and processing, as well ascontinued and ordered control, which eliminate the defect of theconcentrated danger created by the focus control of the computer. Atthe same time, it can improve the limitation of the single function ofthe normal instruments' processing control. With the high speed communication network, CRT terminal,man--computer interface as well as every outside equipment such as:printer, draught machine and copier machine etc can concentrate tobe operated to display, record and management, which can overcomethe scatting of the processing control and the unconvenient of theman communicating with the computer. This task" The DCS of the Water Supply works" is to researchwith the Distributed Control system of the purifying water works bythe theory contacting with the practice. On the other hand, this textwill research the PI regulating using into the chlorinating systemautomatic control, at the point of vies of theory and application. The task will go on to set up the model, research the parameterof the mathematics model and computer emulation, combining with nThe DCS of SHASHI East District Water works n. The PLC--5 series production of American A--B Company willbe used to design the software and hardware. "RSVIEW" is usedinto working station and in chlorinating system will use the V--500chlorinate machine and suitable testing instruments of AmericanW&T Company. It will be completed to fully utilize the theorycontacting-withthe practice. The text will discuss that the same object is controlled with thesimulating PID control in the computer. Through defining severalparameters, changing one or two parameter, then get the mostexcellent parameter, using the lad diagram to program, conduct thetest on site and verify the effect. Due to the limitation of my abilities and the time, this paper willunavoidable have mistakes and mismatches. I'm waiting for youradvice in respect.
