CAD技术的应用使产品设计、制造的工作内容和方式发生了根本性的变革,并成为工业发达国家制造业保持竞争优势、开拓市场的重要手段。数字制造作为一种新的制造概念引起了制造界广泛重视,它是所有制造技术的核心,为实施其它先进制造技术提供了平台,如电子商务制造、快速制造、网络制造等,是机械工程技术发展中前沿问题。科技的发展迫使制造企业改变原来的设计模式,借助网络来传递制造信息,提供高效制造信息的网络传递环境逐渐成为工程实际中的有待解决的问题,计算机技术和通信技术的发展,为该问题的解决提供了技术基础。作者从汽车内饰件的设计特点出发,对汽车内饰件的拟实环境与交互式设计系统的体系结构及其关键技术作了系统的研究,提出了一些新的想法。1.在分析现有网络交互设计技术优缺点的基础上,结合具体对象:汽车内饰件座椅面料的设计特点,提出浏览器服务器模型下基于网络的汽车内饰拟实环境与交互式设计系统的基本框架结构。2.分析了现代网络设计中存在的交流问题,提出了一种解决方案。3.采用CAD技术,根据对数字制造的理解,将数字化的概念运用于工程实际,开发了一个具体的数字产品:汽车内饰件面料。4.基于研究的成果,利用面向对象的快速开发工具C++Builder5.0和关系数据库管理系统MSSQLServer7.0以及虚拟现实构造语言VRML,综合应用数据库、OLE和ASP等技术开发了面向客户的汽车内饰拟实环境与交互式设计系统。



The application of CAD changed radically the contents and methods ofdesign and manufacturing, it became a tool of developed countries to keepahead in the field of manufacturing. From lately 1990s' to early thiscentury, Digital Manufacturing took extensively attention as a newfabricant idea, because it is the core of all manufacturing technologies andplatform of other advanced manufacturing technologies, such as ElectronicBusiness Manufacturing, Rapid Manufacturing, Internet-basedManufacturing. It is the front in the filed of mechanical engineering. With the development of sciences, enterprises have to change theirmanufacturing modes. They have to convey manufacturing information viaInternet in order to keep up with the development of the society. It is anurgence to build Internet environment in engineering to provide effectivemanufacturing information. The development and maturation of computerand communication give the technology base to the need and make itpossible. In this paper, in the term of the characters of auto-inner ornament, both the Visual Reality environment and Interactive Design System ofauto-inner ornament are discussed. At the same time, the author studiesthoroughly and systematically the key techniques and puts forward somenew ideas:1. On the base of analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of Interactive Design technology via Internet, considering the feature of the material object: auto-inner ornament, the author puts forward the Visual Reality environment and Interactive Design system based on Client/Browser.2. Study the communication problem in network-based design. Put forward a solution to this problem.3. With CAD and the understanding on Digital Manufacturing, apply the concept of digitalization to engineering and develop a material digital product: auto-inner ornament.4. With oriented object rapid develop tool c++builder 5.0 and relation database management system MS SQL server7.0 and visual reality manufacturing language, database, OLE, ASP and so on,develop the auto-inner visual reality environment and interactive design system. The conclusions are made and future study areas are expounded at last.
