本论文通过对行星内圆磨床的技术改造,提出了采用可编程序控制器PLC和变频调速器相结合对旧机床进行改造的途径和方法。
以行星内圆磨床的技术改造为课题背景,针对该磨床原电气控制采用继电器逻辑控制,故障率较高,自动化水平低,精度差等缺点,采用可编程序控制器PLC取代原系统的全部逻辑控制。采用手动、自动功能相结合的方式,以满足行星内圆磨床的工艺及操作要求;采用变频控制功能以提高行星内圆磨床的精度。
通过技术改造,提高行星内圆磨床的精度及自动化水平,从而提高了生产效率,保证了加工精度。而且由于PLC的应用降低了机床的故障率,增加了机床的柔性,也大大地降低了维护费用,为公司节省大量的资金。



Through the technology rebuilding of the planet inner—round grinder, the thesis suggest a method to rebuild the old machine tool by connecting Programmable Logic Controllers with the Variable Voltage Variable Frequency.
As a problem backdrop of the technology rebuilding of the planet inner—round grinder, it adopts the overall logic control of the Programmable Logic Controllers replacing the quondam system, which is against the disadvantages, for instance, the quondam electric control of the grinders adopted the logic control of relays, as well as the high frequency of troubles, the low level of automatism, a poor accuracy, and so on. To meet the needs of the technology and operation of the planet inner—round grinder, it adopts a way to connect the artificial function with the auto one. Also, it adopts variable frequency control function, in case of improving the accuracy of the planet inner—round grinder.
The technology rebuilding improves the accuracy of the planet inner—round grinder and the level of automation. Accordingly, the productivity is improved and the manufacture accuracy is ensured. What’s more, the application of PLC has decreased the frequency of troubles of the machine tool, increased the pliability of the machine tool, as well as decreased the maintenance fare so that a great deal of fund has been saved for the company.
