从周鸿庆事件的处理看日本池田勇人的对华政策/China policy of Ikeda Cabinet-a case study on Chou hungchi

周鸿庆事件是一件发生在二十世纪六十年代初期的中国公民向日本政府申请政治避难的事。这个貌似普通的事件却在当时东亚国际关系中掀起了轩然大波,不仅导致了日本和台湾这两个貌似非常亲近的盟友走到了国交断绝的边缘,而且美国为了维护其在东亚的利益也插手其中。本文试图以此事件为个案,以小见大,分析在二十世纪六十年代初的国际大背景下日本池田勇人内阁的对华政策。文章分为两个部分,第一部分在各种记录和档案的基础上还原其历史真相,并分析在该事件的解决中日本国内、中国、台湾、美国等各方面势力的较量,及其对周事件最终结果的影响。在第二部分中,本文把焦点放在对周事件背后的二十世纪六十年代的日本政府的对华政策的分析上,并且进一步描画出当时在东亚地区的日、美、台、中关系。



Although Chou Hung-ching Incident in 1963 was no more than a simple political asylum, it lead to a severe crisis on the relation between Japan and Taiwan. This paper was divided into two parts. Based on a series of records and achieves, the first part of the paper attempts to reconstruct the truth of this incident, which remained unconvinced before, and to analyze the roles China, Taiwan, the U.S. and some groups inside Japan played in the resolution of this incident. The second part focuses on analyzing Japan’s diplomatic policy towards China in Ikeda period, which was reflected by Chou Incident, and mapping the relationships between Japan, China, the U.S. and Taiwan under the changes of the international environment in the beginning of 1960s.
