本文以有关现代日本经济体制的“连续性”假说为发端,选取丰田汽车创业初始至经济高速增长时期为研究时段,以丰田汽车转包体系的发展为研究对象进行历史性的实态研究,从而对现代日本经济体制内的一个侧面——转包体制,进行微观分析。
综合了日本学者长期以来的研究成果并以此为基础,拟解决如下两个主要问题。第一,制造业内的日本式转包制度是如何形成、且如何作为日本经济体制内的一个稳定的机制并开始发挥机能的?第二,这种具有日本特色的企业间交易关系的日本式合理性是什么?



The thesis is based on the theories about the "continuity" of the economic system of modern Japan. The historical study is concentrated on the development of Toyota's subcontracting(SHITAUKE) system during the period, which from the foundation of Toyota to the high economic growth of Japan. Through the micro-phenomena, the study is set to study on the subcontracting system, which is one element of the economic system of modern Japan.
On the basis of the effort which has been made by Japanese scholars for a long time, the thesis is supposed to solve two main problems. First, how did Japanese subcontracting system develop in the field of manufacturing and how did that system begin to function as a steady mechanism in the economic system of modern Japan? Second, does this kind of trade relationship between the corporations, which takes on Japanese characteristics, have its Japanese rationality and what is it?
