随着中国加入世界贸易组织,中国的软件出口每年也在以一个惊人的速度飞快增长。对日软件出口在其中占据了相当大的比重。如何提升企业在对日软件外包项目上的软件过程管理能力成为了当前研究的一个热点,也是对日软件出口企业亟待解决的问题。
CMM作为软件过程改进的指南及评估标准,已经得到了众多国家软件产业界的认可,并且在北美、欧洲和日本等国家及地区得到了广泛的应用。但由于中国软件产业起步较晚,在CMM实施方面,尤其是对日软件外包领域的具体实践方面还缺少经验。多为中小型的对日软件出口企业对于如何将CMM应用到对日软件外包项目的过程管理中仍然存在许多的疑虑。
该文在CMM2级和3级的基础上对若干KPA进行了裁剪和修改,尤其是针对对日软件过程中的某些重点问题对某些KPA的关键实践进行了提炼、合并形成了新的关键过程,结合作者在对日软件外包领域多年的开发和管理经验,提出了对日软件外包项目的CMM解决方案。
鉴于国内多数的对日软件出口企业尚处于一个起步阶段,该文以CMM2级为切入点,重点研究了对日软件外包项目中的需求管理、变更管理、项目计划和跟踪、质量保证、配置管理及培训等若干过程。最后通过一个实际对日外包项目给出该方案的实例化流程,并通过若干项目的比较给出了软件过程改进结论。



With China’s accession to the WTO, the annual amount of China’s software export increases rapidly. The software exported to Japan has occupied a big export market. How to improve the Japan outsourcing software process management has become a hot topic. It is also an urgent problem to solve.
As a guideline for the software process improvement, CMM has been adopted in most countries or areas such as North American, Europe and Japan. However, in china the CMM practice is still insufficient, especially in the domain of Japan outsourcing software. Most companies still doubt for the application of CMM in their Japan outsourcing software project.
The dissertation tailor some KPAs based on CMM Level 2 and CMM Level 3. Which is innovative is that some new process area will founded in order to solve the most important problems in Japan outsourcing software process. With the combination of the author’s experience on Japan outsourcing software project development, the dissertation presents a CMM-Based software process solution for Japan outsourcing software project.
In consideration of the background of China’s software export companies, the dissertation’s research work is based on CMM Level 2. Most attention will paid on KPAs such as: Requirement Management, Change Management, Project Plan and Tracking, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management and Training. An actual Japan outsourcing software project was given to illustrate the process of implantation and to verify the software process improvement.
