本篇论文基于株洲电力机车厂的韶山8型电力机车的主牵引电动机的诸多技术,首先介绍了韶山8型电力机车主牵引电动机的原理,分析了机车的牵引特性,并由此推出牵引电机主要质量技术要求,就是对电流的要求。因此本文特对牵引电动机的电枢等绕组作质量控制的统计分析。
利用质量控制的原理和质量统计分析,在统计的数据的基础上,结合EXCEL工作表在统计学上的应用,将电枢的有关参数作统计分析,并与设计参数作比较,得到质量控制图。进一步由质量控制的常用工具——质量控制图进行工序质量分析,计算出工序能力指数,再根据质量控制图中的情况,分析生产过程中的质量波动情况。得到电枢制作维修工序上的质量控制指标。
最终在统计结果的基础上,得出牵引电动机电枢在制造工序的工艺改进上的新的创新的管理办法。

Abstract
  
The paper is base on the technique of SS8 electric power motorcycle, which made by The ZhuZhou engine factory. First of all, it introduces the theory of the main draught electromotor of SS8 electric power motorcycle. Then assays the draught characteristic of the motorcycle, and there out, it infers the technical request of mostly quality of draught electricity; it means the request of the voltaic. So the paper takes the statistics of quality control of the draught electromotor. Base on the data of statistics, use the apply of the EXCEL worksheet in statistics, make the statistics of the analyses of armature parameter, find the quality control drawing, and then made the working procedure quality analyses.

Finally, on the base of statistics results, educe the new innovative manage means of techniques improve of draught electromotor make working procedure.
