摘 要
为了避免飞机风挡遭受鸟撞后对飞行安全的严重影响,需要对飞机风挡抗鸟撞能力进行分析。在现阶段和不远的将来,飞机风挡鸟撞仿真还不能取代实物模拟试验。风挡鸟撞试验数据分析方法及其软件设计开发是现代数字化试验技术以及计算机软硬件技术发展的必然产物,对于提高试验数据处理精度、质量与效率都将产生重要作用与深远的工程应用意义。本文详细讨论和研究了鸟撞试验研究机理、试验数据处理方法和鸟撞试验数据分析软件的设计开发。
本论文的工作主要体现在如下几方面:
1)分析了鸟撞事故对飞机安全的影响及危害性,讨论了鸟撞试验机理,对鸟撞试验数据分析软件的需求进行了分析;
2)详细讨论了数字信号物理量变换方法和数字滤波方法,给出了撞击力精确数值积分方法,结合工程应用的需要,提出了一种实用的工程积分处理办法,并对数值曲面构造的基本算法进行了论述;
3)对鸟撞试验数据分析软件的功能、体系结构、主要功能模块和界面进行了分析,给出了软件的设计方案,并以数字信号滤波处理模块的设计为例,简单介绍了相应模块的程序设计;
4)通过沙袋撞击模拟试验和圆弧风挡鸟撞试验,验证了本文设计开发的软件有较好的可靠性和适用性。
通过本文开展的飞机风挡鸟撞试验数据处理方法研究及其软件设计开发工作,实现了飞机鸟撞类试验从定性分析到定量计算的转变,使我国飞机鸟撞试验水平上了一个新的台阶。


ABSTRACT
In order to avoid serious effect to aircraft security caused by bird impacting to aircraft windshield,it is necessary to analyse the capability of anti-birdstrike for aircraft windshield. Todays and near future,birdstrike experiment of aircraft windshield can’t be replaced by computational simulation . The software design and development of birdstrike experimental data processing and analysis surely is the outcome consequent upon the modern digital experiment techniques and computer widespread application, which can significantly improve data processing accuracy, quality and efficiency. The birdstrike experimental principles and data processing methods are studied in detail, and the corresponding software system of birdstrike experimental data processing is discussed.
The main works of this thesis are as below:
1) The effect and harm of birdstrike accident is analysed, the birdstrike experiment principles are discussed, and the result of requirements analysis of the software system of birdstrike experimental data processing is given;
2) The methods of digital signal physics quanta transform are discussed in detail,the methods of digital filter are introduced,and the methods of accurate numerical integral for impact force are presented. In order to meet the need of engineering application, a utility processing method of engineering integral is proposed, and the basic arithmetic of numerical curved surface structure is discussed.
3) The function,architecture,the main modules and the interfaces of the software are analysed.The design of the software is given.The module design of digital signal filiter is illustrated.
4) Though the simulant test of sandbag impacting and the birdstrike experiments of curved windshield, the better reliability and practicability of software in this thesis are validated.
By means of the method research and software design for birdstrike experimental data processing of aircraft windshield, the transit of qualitative analysis to quantitative calculation in aircraft birdstrike experiment is realized, and a new phase of birdstrike experimental level in our country is achieved.
