(USA)),2001//,65(9):1367-71 摘要: We have studied CdS nanocrystals grown under cadmium behenate Langmuir monolayer with electron diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The nanocrystals characterized by sphalerite structure are predominantly (110) face oriented in parallel to the monolayer plane by one-dimensional epitaxy.
