Matter (USA)),15 Sept. 1998,58(11):6712-15 摘要: Raman scattering from the acoustic phonons confined in Si nanocrystals is investigated by a microscopic lattice-dynamical calculation. Polarized and depolarized Raman spectra are found to be rather different, indicated by different acoustic phonons. The polarized scattering is more pronounced than the depolarized one. The calculated results are compared with the recent experimental data.
