Frohlich electron-phonon interaction in CdSxSe1-x nanocrystals

(UK)),1995//,18(2):113-19 摘要: We demonstrate that the polar electron-phonon coupling in CdSxSe1-x nanocrystals increases with decreasing crystallite size.
