Films were deposited from a solution, in which the (NH4) 2TiF6 solution was added under a controlled flow rate into the FeOOH-NH4F·HF solution. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray microanalysis of the films revealed that the composition and graded profile of the deposited films in depth direction could be controlled by adjusting the mixing conditions of the reacting solution.
