Nanoparticles for electronic device applications: A brief review

And nanoparticles are to be used as constituents for many applications in the various fields. These applications include the electronic, magnetic, optoelectronic and electric materials. In this article, we review the research work for expected and ongoing nanoparticle electronic device developments of current interest. And we briefly refer to the research activittes on the shape and array control of nanoparticles as a new class of materials, although the device usages have not yet proposed.
