Some important results indicate that the energy of the electronic energy increases with the increase of the potential barrier width and the wave vector, while the potential well width and the layer-to-layer interaction energy makes the electronic energy larger, but it doesnt effect the variation of electronic energy with the potential well width, potential barrier or the wave vector. 关键词: ;
