The dependences of microhardness and grain size of nanocrystalline iron obtained by the method of nanopowder compacting and the method of intensive plastic deformations on annealing temperature are compared. It is shown that after annealing at temperatures 500-700°C for one hour the microhardness and grain size of compacts from the iron nanopowder are conserved practically constant while in iron obtained by the method of intensive plastic deformations the microhardness after annealing is reduced more than two times and the grain size grows by almost order of the value. 关键词: Nanostructured materials;Thermal effects;Stability;Powders;Microhardness;Iron;Grain size and shape;Thermal stability;Compacts;Compacting method
